Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may require additional production time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your package has been scanned by the carrier.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and destination. Texas Awesome is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
